Linyi Dalin Foodstuffs Co., Ltd. specializes in the production of freeze-dried and hot-air-dried fruits and vegetables. The company is a high-tech enterprise, a provincial key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization, and a standing director unit of the Linyi Chamber of Commerce of the China International Chamber of Commerce. It has established a municipal enterprise technology center and a municipal key enterprise laboratory, and has successively been honored as a National Outstanding Leading Food Enterprise in the Food Industry, an Advanced Enterprise in Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, a Class-A Tax Credit Enterprise, a Leader in Private Economy Development, a Hedong Meritorious Enterprise, a Hedong Model Taxpayer, and a Caring Enterprise for Charity.

公司地处山东省临沂市河东区，成立于1993年5月，是一家集科技研发、生产加工、基地培植、进出口贸易于一体的大型果蔬加工企业。公司有三个厂区，总占地面积220亩，现有资产7.8亿元，其中固定资产6.7亿元。公司现有员工1600人，其中专业技术人员150名。公司现有FD果蔬生产线86条，现有AD蔬菜干燥烘箱20组。公司发展标准化、规模化无公害蔬菜基地30000余亩，公司的生产工艺技术经引进及多次自主创新，目前已达到国内领先水平。

Located in Hedong District, Linyi City, Shandong Province and founded in May 1993, the company is a large-scale fruit and vegetable processing enterprise integrating R&D, production and processing, cultivation bases, and import and export trade. It operates three factory areas with a total footprint of 220 mu, holds current assets of RMB 780 million, including fixed assets of RMB 670 million, and employs 1,600 people, of whom 150 are professional and technical staff. The company runs 86 FD (freeze-dried) fruit and vegetable production lines and 20 groups of AD (hot-air-dried) vegetable drying ovens, and has developed more than 30,000 mu of standardized, large-scale pollution-free vegetable bases. Through technology introduction and repeated independent innovation, its production processes have reached the leading level in China.

企业发展史 | Company History

大林食品诞生于临沂市河东区八湖镇。

1992年12月，公司前身“临沂市八湖果蔬厂”与韩国外商达成合作意向，共同出资引进FD真空冷冻干燥设备与工艺技术；

1993年5月，双方合资成立大林食品有限公司，成为当地较早引进国际先进冻干技术的农业企业，也由此奠定了“技术立企”的发展基因。

1996年至1997年，公司先后新上5条FD蔬菜生产线；

1998年，投资新上20套蔬菜干燥烘箱；

1999年，完成企业改制，收购破产的镇办出口食品厂；

2000年，投资新上10条AD烘干炕道，形成冻干与热风干燥“双工艺”格局；

2001年，投资新建5条FD生产线；

2002年，出资买断太平镇太平洋食品有限公司；

2003年，投资新上12条FD生产线；

2004年，公司发起成立“八湖蔬菜加工协会”，创新推行“龙头企业＋专业协会＋示范基地＋种植专业户＋科技咨询”的农业产业化经营模式；

2005年，投资建成五湖MD蔬菜食品厂；

2006年，投资新建10条FD生产线；

2008年，公司整体变更为股份有限公司，正式更名为“临沂大林食品股份有限公司”，现代企业治理结构就此确立。

2016年，公司完成股权架构优化调整，引入新的管理团队，公司治理结构进一步完善，企业发展自此迈入新阶段。

2019年，万吨智能化果蔬干燥生产线项目开工奠基，推动生产向数字化、智能化升级；

2023年，公司与安徽蒙城县签署冻干食品产业园项目，产能布局迈出省外。

从一条生产线到86条FD生产线、从沂蒙小镇到全球市场，大林食品用三十余年时间成长为全球冻干果蔬行业的重要力量。

Dalin was born in Bahu Town, Hedong District, Linyi City. In December 1992, the company's predecessor, Linyi Bahu Fruit and Vegetable Factory, reached a cooperation agreement with Korean investors to jointly invest in introducing FD (vacuum freeze-drying) equipment and processing technology. In May 1993, the two sides jointly established Dalin Foodstuffs Co., Ltd., making it one of the earliest local agricultural enterprises to introduce advanced international freeze-drying technology and laying the foundation of the company's "technology-driven" development.

From 1996 to 1997, the company added five FD vegetable production lines in succession. In 1998, it added 20 sets of vegetable drying ovens. In 1999, the company completed its restructuring and acquired a bankrupt town-run export food factory. In 2000, it added 10 AD drying tunnels, establishing a "dual-process" model of freeze-drying and hot-air drying. In 2001, it built five new FD production lines. In 2002, it acquired Taiping Pacific Food Co., Ltd. In 2003, it added 12 FD production lines.

In 2004, the company initiated the establishment of the Bahu Vegetable Processing Association, pioneering an agricultural industrialization model of "leading enterprise + professional association + demonstration bases + farming households + technical consulting". In 2005, it completed the Wuhu MD Vegetable Food Factory. In 2006, it built 10 new FD production lines.

In 2008, the company was converted into a joint-stock company and officially renamed Linyi Dalin Foodstuffs Co., Ltd., marking the establishment of a modern corporate governance structure. In 2016, it completed an optimization of its shareholding structure and brought in a new management team, further improving its corporate governance and ushering in a new stage of development.

In 2019, the 10,000-ton intelligent fruit and vegetable drying production line project broke ground, driving the digital and intelligent upgrading of production. In 2023, the company signed a freeze-dried food industrial park project with Mengcheng County, Anhui Province, extending its production footprint beyond Shandong. From a single production line to 86 FD production lines, and from a small town in Yimeng to the global market, Dalin has grown over more than three decades into a significant force in the global freeze-dried fruit and vegetable industry.

公司主营业务为生产销售各种干燥和冷冻果蔬制品，主要生产冻干水果、冻干蔬菜、热风干燥蔬菜、糖渍水果等多个系列的产品。主导产品为：草莓、葱、黄桃、苹果、黑莓、蓝莓、蔓越莓、火龙果、甜玉米、树莓、大蒜、芦笋、西兰花、菠菜，蔬菜块，日式酱汤块，蛋花汤块等50多个品种、100多个规格的果蔬制品，年新鲜蔬菜吞吐（消化）能力达30000吨，加工各类蔬菜干燥制品3000吨，冷冻果蔬10000多吨。

The company's main business is the production and sale of a wide range of dried and frozen fruit and vegetable products, mainly covering freeze-dried fruits, freeze-dried vegetables, hot-air-dried vegetables, glace (candied) fruits and other product series. Its leading products comprise more than 50 varieties and over 100 specifications of fruit and vegetable products — including strawberry, scallion, yellow peach, apple, blackberry, blueberry, cranberry, dragon fruit, sweet corn, raspberry, garlic, asparagus, broccoli and spinach, as well as vegetable blocks, Japanese-style soup base blocks and egg drop soup blocks. The company has an annual fresh vegetable throughput of 30,000 tons, producing 3,000 tons of dried vegetable products and more than 10,000 tons of frozen fruits and vegetables each year.
